Good morning LBCsšŸ’› Here to bring you a super delicious, healthy recipe to switch things up!

Ingredients:


LEAFY GREENS 🄬

  • spinach, spring mix, romaine, or cabbage


RICE šŸš

  • white or brown


CHIRASHIšŸ£

  • sushi grade salmon (you can also use tuna or any other sushi grade fish)

  • raw, and cubed


TOPPINGS

  • carrotsšŸ„• julienned

  • perilla leafšŸƒ* chiffonnade

  • cabbage* julienned

  • jalapeƱo* minced

  • pea shoots

  • cucumber šŸ„’ julienned


SAUCE

  • korean gochujang🌶

  • sesame oil

*a little miso soup broth or soy sauce to help incorporate the flavours if you have it on hand


CHIRASHI šŸ£



Assembly:


Scoop as much rice as you like into a large bowl. This is your base. Add your leafy greens and veggies. Drop in your chirashi, remaining toppings and sauces. Mix well and enjoy šŸ˜‹
