Salmon Chirashi Don

Good morning LBCsš Here to bring you a super delicious, healthy recipe to switch things up!
Ingredients:
LEAFY GREENS š„¬
spinach, spring mix, romaine, or cabbage
RICE š
white or brown
CHIRASHIš£
sushi grade salmon (you can also use tuna or any other sushi grade fish)
raw, and cubed
TOPPINGS
carrotsš„ julienned
perilla leafš* chiffonnade
cabbage* julienned
jalapeƱo* minced
pea shoots
cucumber š„ julienned
SAUCE
korean gochujangš¶
sesame oil
*a little miso soup broth or soy sauce to help incorporate the flavours if you have it on hand
CHIRASHI š£
Assembly:
Scoop as much rice as you like into a large bowl. This is your base. Add your leafy greens and veggies. Drop in your chirashi, remaining toppings and sauces. Mix well and enjoy š
